Announcing our 3 minute flash talks!
Black In Immuno is hosting a 3 minute Immuno flash talk competition for Black In Immuno Week 2022! Rewards will be given for first place ($300) and second place ($200) with a $100 prize for a community choice winner, who will be determined by votes on social media.
Black-identifying students (undergraduate, post-baccalaureate and master’s) and postdocs are invited to participate by recording a video summarizing their immunology-focused research to a non-science audience in 3 minutes or less.
We are also soliciting judges, who will evaluate the comprehension and clarity of the science being presented and the engagement of the presenter. Kindly contact us if you are interested or have questions about this role.
Submissions will close on Sunday, October 23rd at 11:59PM EDT / Monday, October 24th 3:59AM UTC, and winners will be announced during Black in Immuno week on Tuesday, November 15th.
